Abstract

Переход российской экономики к рынку был провозглашен реформаторами как процесс замены планового неэффективного производства рыночным эффективным хозяйством. Поэтому главной целью переходного периода стало формирование рыночной экономической системы, поскольку только она способна обеспечить эффективное производство. В связи с этим был взят курс на приватизацию государственных предприятий в частные предприятия.
