Abstract

Причиной, определяющей необходимость адаптации и соответствующей постоянной перестройки организации, является все возрастающая подвижность внешней среды. С увеличением ее динамизма (что характерно для современных экономических условий) стабильная и жесткая система управления становится недостаточно эффективной. Адаптация организации к изменениям во внешней среде занимает важное место в системе управления предприятием любой отрасли, но особенно необходима для организаций транспорта, производящих услуги, характеристики которых должны гибко следовать за изменениями требований клиентов.
