Abstract

В статье исследуется процесс формирования корпоративной управленческой элиты в условиях новой экономики, синтезируется инфраструктура создания корпоративных элит, анализируются методологические аспекты их формирования, а так же предлагаются инструменты развития элит с позиций сращивания ценностного и альтиметрического подходов.
