Сравнительный Анализ Правового Статуса Представителя И Арбитражного Управляющего

Abstract

Ввиду развивающихся норм о правовом положении арбитражного управляющего, появления в научной литературе целого ряда публикаций о сущности его правового статуса, следует определить соотношение правового статуса арбитражного управляющего и представителя, а также выявить существенные отличия между деятельностью представителя и деятельностью центральной фигуры в делах о банкротстве — арбитражного управляющего, поскольку довольно часто в литературе проводятся известные параллели между этими двумя институтами.
