Abstract

Растущая скорость изменений рыночной среды порождает комплекс системных противоречий, следствием которых является неустойчивое состояние многих сфер экономики. Такое состояние как нам кажется, обусловлено значительным превышением предложения информации над потребностью в ней для всех без исключения участников экономических отношений. Это, в свою очередь, осложняет регистрацию, обработку, хранение и трафик информации, принятие значимых управленческих решений на ее основе. Другая, явная причина, заключается в огромном множестве технологий управления бизнес-процессами и отсутствии в таком многообразии, зачастую, устойчивой концептуальной систематизации.
