Abstract

Общая социально-экономическая и политическая обстановка в мире является достаточно неустойчивой, что в свою очередь находит отражение в финансово-кредитной сфере. Если исходить из того, что каждое финансово-кредитное учреждения функционирует в условиях рисков и неопределенностей, то она порождает целый ряд новых проблем для коммерческих банков и обостряет уже существующие при разработке новых банковских продуктов. При этом ключевыми моментами являются вопросы адекватной оценки и эффективного управления ликвидностью и формирования ресурсной базы в условиях преобразований информационных технологий, развитием Интернета, либерализацией рынков, глобализацией и повышением мобильности капиталов [3, с. 91].
