Abstract

В статье анализируются различные теоретико-методологические подходы к ключевым факторам конкурентоспособности молодых специалистов на рынке труда. На основе анализа ключевых положений теории человеческого капитала, теории «фильтра», теории компетенций, а также социальной когнитивной теории и теории запланированного поведения (модель эффективного поиска работы Х. Зайкик и А. Сакса) выделяются следующие факторы, определяющие эффективность поиска работы и трудоустройства молодых специалистов: образование, опыт работы, поведенческие компетенции (marketability и employability).
