Abstract

Управление качеством инвестиционного потенциала транспортного комплекса требует развернутого инструментария как прикладного, так и теоретического характера. Прикладной инструментарий ориентирован на решение конкретных практических задач управления инвестиционным потенциалом в условиях качественной определенности ситуации и целей. Теоретический инструментарий представляет поддержку стратегического планирования при управлении, так как позволяет определить основные параметры инвестиционного потенциала в процессе движения по траектории, ведущей к достижению поставленных инвестиционных целей.
