Невыносимая Тяжесть Малого Бизнеса!

Abstract

Малый бизнес единственный вид предпринимательства, всецело находящийся во власти местных органов власти стал большим укором региональной экономике России. И по тому, что малому бизнесу повсеместно приходит большой конец, видно, как эффективно региональная власть распоряжается данными ей правами в отношении малого бизнеса. Сегодня в российской рыночной «региональной» экономике, помимо малого бизнеса, НЕТ НИЧЕГО: крупный напрямую подчинён федеральному центру, а средний отдан на откуп министерств и главков. Поэтому региональным властям, привычно спихнуть ответственность за удушение малого бизнеса не удастся ни на кого.
