Abstract

Общеизвестно, что в последнее десятилетие в связи с резким сокращением объемов геологоразведочных работ темпы воспроизводства минерально-сырьевой базы России значительно снизились. А приращиваемые запасы не восполняли их добычу. Существенным резервом, способным смягчить эту ситуацию в будущем, является вовлечение в оборот имеющихся и открываемых месторождений, создание условий для рациональной разработки истощенных залежей. В статье поднимаются вопросы, связанные с эколого-экономической диагностикой и формированием сценариев развития, с восполнением нефтегазоносных ресурсов и позволяющие выработать оптимальный вариант решения. В результате комплексного анализа глубинного строения Северо-Кавказского региона намечается ряд объектов углеводородного сырья, из которых многие являются новыми и залегают на доступных глубинах.
