Социальный Потенциал Постреформенной Модернизации Системы Пенсионного Обеспечения

Abstract

В статье проводится анализ элементов и отношений, раскрывающих социальный потенциал постреформенной модернизации системы пенсионного обеспечения. Действие социального потенциала рассматривается в зависимости от уровней его реализации и мотивов поведения основных акторов, формирующих пенсионную инфраструктуру, дается оценка инструментов государственного социального обеспечения получателей пенсионных выплат. В заключение представлен механизм формирования социального потенциала постреформенной модернизации системы пенсионного обеспечения.
