Abstract

В статье ставится задача обозначить на макроэкономическом уровне весь процесс зарождения, становлении и реализации научно-технического прогресса в его единстве: от сферы научных исследований через нововведения, далее через инвестиции, которые материализуются в крупномасштабные преобразования, завершающие это движение и одновременно создающие основу для следующего воспроизводственного цикла с новыми общественными потребностями. Почти не касаясь вопросов государственного управления и регулирования НТП, предлагаемая статья как бы восполняет недостаточность разработки рыночных аспектов НТП.
