Abstract

Процесс адаптации системы управления АПК к внешней среде, которая на этапе перехода экономики Российской Федерации к новым формам хозяйствования становится все более динамичной, сложной, слабо предсказуемой, — это процесс, в рамках которого возможно выявление закономерностей построения и функционирования систем управления на современном этапе. Также, в современных быстроменяющихся социально-политических и экономических условиях перед сельскохозяйственными товаропроизводителями республики, действующих на рынке производства товаров, стоит задача обеспечения не только выживаемости, но и непрерывного развития, наращивания своего потенциала.
