Abstract

В общенаучном смысле регулирование означает обеспечение устойчивости функционирования системы, приведение ее к определенной цели или к параметрам состояния. Применительно к социально-экономическим системам понятие регулирования конкретизируется как достижение согласованного развития отраслей народного хозяйства и регионов. В данном аспекте первостепенное внимание уделяется сельскохозяйственной сфере.
