Базовые Концепции Формирования Интеграционных Процессов

Abstract

Рассмотрим процесс интеграции с помощью различных подходов: с точки зрения экономической теории, менеджмента, стратегического менеджмента, корпоративного управления, законодательных источников. В экономической теории нет единства мнений по трактовке данного термина. Приведем некоторые из них. По мнению Е.М. Коростышевской, экономическая интеграция это особая сложная форма обобществления труда и производства, качественно новая объединяющая структура с общей целевой функцией, возникающая на современном этапе производительных сил, которые в условиях новой информационной волны НТР характеризуются все более активным применением науки [3].
