Abstract

На современном этапе становления цивилизованного рыночного хозяйства в России возникает предпосылки для более осознанного и целенаправленного социально-экономического развития как общества в целом, так и отдельных регионов. Конец XX века ознаменовался для российских регионов не только политической и экономической регионализацией, децентрализацией и демократизацией управления, но и тяжелейшим экономическим кризисом как результатом глубоких экономических трансформаций, в результате чего усилилась дезинтеграция регионов.
