Abstract

Понадобились годы экономических реформ в России, практическое внедрение рыночных условий хозяйствования, детальное изучение опыта развитых стран, чтобы понять: бизнес это дело, без которого невозможен прогресс, особенно в аграрной сфере. Предпринимательство может обеспечить реализацию основной цели получение стабильного и оптимального размера дохода, если основные функции менеджмента (планирование, организация, оперативное управление, экономический контроль) будут ориентированы на стратегию развития, постоянные изменения внутри хозяйствующих структур, адаптацию к условиям бизнес-пространства. Предпринимательство требует менеджмента инноваций и риска.
