Abstract

Статья посвящена раскрытию сущности управления промышленным комплексом как экономической системой в условиях рыночной экономики, с которой связаны проблемы реализации системного подхода при формировании промышленной политики, разработки механизма ее реализации с учетом конкурентных преимуществ промышленного комплекса. Под государственной промышленной политикой понимается проводимая государственными органами управления долговременная линия действий, воплощаемая в виде системы предпринимаемых государством мер по поддержанию и развитию промышленного производства как стержневой части производственной экономики, от которой зависят все другие отрасли и социальная сфера.
