Abstract

Данная статья посвящена проблеме эффективности государственного и корпоративного управления в России, рассмотренная через призму вечной «ахиллесовой пяты» нашей страны обустройство и качество дорог. Бурный рост так называемых государственных корпораций, наделяемых огромными ресурсами и возможностями для придания нового импульса экономическому росту, решения системных проблем и повышения эффективности экономики, на деле оборачивается тотальной коррупцией и крайней неэффективностью, отражая в данном случае как нельзя точно феномен «дураков и дорог» в России.
