Abstract

Игорный бизнес характеризуется как один из наиболее криминогенных видов предпринимательства. Стремительное распространение незаконного игорного бизнеса актуализирует вопрос об эффективности правового регулирования в этой сфере. В настоящей статье анализируется норма, предусматривающая уголовную ответственность за незаконные организацию и проведение азартных игр. Авторы делают вывод о ее неэффективности и предлагают пути оптимизации соответствующей статьи Уголовного кодекса РФ.
