Abstract

В статье рассматриваются тенденции развития государственных услуг и их растущая роль в социально-экономическом развитии. Предлагается рассматривать сущность государственных услуг с позиций теории общественного договора, а также целей, инструментов и мультипликаторов процесса управления.
