Abstract

В современных условиях разработка основных направлений совершенствования экономического механизма природопользования должно осуществляться с позиций системного подхода, основанного на результатах комплексной оценки сложившейся ситуации в социальной, экономической и экологической сферах конкретного региона. Регулирование отношений в сфере аграрного природопользования необходимо производить на основании всесторонней и полной оценки эколого-экономического потенциала исследуемой территории, с позиций наиболее эффективного и рационального распределения и использование природных ресурсов, оптимизации структуры сельскохозяйственного производства и реализации производственно-экономической, социальной и экологической функций сельского хозяйства [3].
