Abstract

В 1998-2006 гг. нами проводились многоплановые исследования по эффективности использования трудового потенциала специалистов и служащих в организациях различных отраслей промышленности. Значительную часть в этих исследованиях заняли определение и оценка результативности премирования указанной категории работников.
