Региональные Детерминанты Развития Предпринимательства

Abstract

В региональной экономике место и роль предпринимательства определяются рядом факторов, среди которых можно выделить следующие. Во-первых, практически в большинстве регионов страна имеет отставание его экономического потенциала от сформированных потребностей. Во-вторых, государственные производственные предприятия, структуры торговли и услуг, размещенные и функционирующие на территориях субъектов, не характеризуются достаточностью экономического потенциала, способного решать эффективно возникающие проблемы. В-третьих, предпринимательство по своей рыночной природе способствует созданию конкурентной среды, но ее нет в полной мере в регионах.
