Abstract

В условиях кардинального изменения системы взаимоотношений между федеральным центром и регионами, проблемы регулирования комплексного развития инвестиционного потенциала региона и связанных с этим инновационных процессов решаются в основном на региональном уровне. В этих условиях существенное увеличение объемов инвестиций может быть достигнуто на основе рационального использования современного инструментария стимулирования инвестиционной деятельности, обеспечивающего результативное взаимодействие хозяйствующих субъектов и органов государственного управления региона. При усложнении взаимосвязей внутри макроэкономической системы становится необходимым формирование адаптационных механизмов стимулирования инвестиций, способствующих преодолению негативных тенденций в инвестиционной сфере [2].
