Abstract

В статье рассмотрены вопросы экономического регулирования природоохранной деятельности на агромелиоративных системах. Проблемы создания финансовой системы, для обеспечения формирования фонда и порядок его использования при организации эффективного внедрения природоохранных программ и мероприятий с учетом создания условий для нормального функционирования инвестиционных потоков в охрану окружающей природной среды на мелиорированных землях. Даны критерии механизма функционирования эколого-финансовой системы в условиях производства мелиоративных и водохозяйственных работ.
