Перспективы Консолидации Отечественной Туристической Отрасли В Свете Трансформации Федерального Законодательства

Abstract

Проблема, связанная с желанием государства искусственно стимулировать процесс консолидации туристического рынка в его туроператорском сегменте, чрезвычайно актуальна в условиях принятия нового федерального закона, регламентирующего национальную туротрасль. Как это часто бывало в российской практике, государство вмешивается в экономику с использованием весьма жестких и даже радикальных рычагов, намереваясь мгновенно достичь поставленных перед собой стратегических целей. Так происходит в настоящее время и в туристической сфере.
