Институциональные Особенности Антимонопольного Регулирования

Abstract

Одним из приоритетных стратегических направлений развития системы социальноэкономических отношений в России является формирование институтов, обеспечивающих снижение трансакционных издержек. Ведущая роль институтов как фактора, определяющего уровень экономического и социального развития страны и его направления, отражена в ряде исследований [8]. Одним из общих выводов, к которому приходят авторы, является положение о неэффективности революционной ломки существующих и насаждения заимствованных институтов, поскольку изменение институциональной структуры процесс, требующий определенного времени и целенаправленных и систематических усилий государства, корректируемых в ходе их осуществления, и не являющийся результатом спонтанной самоорганизации.
