Abstract

В статье утверждается, что наличие баланса интересов являлось одним из важнейших факторов, влиявших на эффективность операций фирм и проявлявшихся в результативном взаимодействии (с точки зрения той или иной организационной формы) собственников и управленцев. Важнейшим результатом исследования выступает обобщенная характеристика фирмы как механизма, обеспечивающего не только организационную, но и институциональную (неформальную и правовую) фиксацию, то есть ограничение, индивидуальных и групповых интересов.
