Привлечение Прямых Иностранных Инвестиций В Экономику Ставропольского Края При Создании Особой Экономической Зоны «Кавказские Минеральные Воды»

Abstract

Необходимость привлечения иностранных инвестиций в российскую экономику (как и в экономику Ставропольского края) давно стала неотъемлемой частью экономических программ государства. Неоднократно заявлялось о том, что наиболее желательными являются прямые иностранные инвестиции, поскольку только они смогут гарантировать болееменее устойчивый экономический рост в силу своей специфики. Преимущество ПИИ по сравнению с другими формами инвестирования состоит в том, что они являются наиболее устойчивым источником роста экономики [2]. Кроме того, их приход сопровождается притоком новейших технологий и ноу-хау.
