Abstract

Будущее российской экономики определяется инновационным развитием. Только в этом случае Россия из государства, торгующего природными ресурсами, станет государством, в котором основой экономического роста будут научно-технические достижения. Инновации есть результат деятельности по обновлению, преобразованию, приводящей к замене одних элементов сфер человеческой активности другими, либо дополнению уже имеющихся новыми, т.е. это преодоление инерции сложившегося порядка.
