Abstract

В посткризисный период развития российской экономики основными факторами динамичного формирования и развития конкурентных преимуществ в регионе выступают: производство и инфраструктурное обеспечение высокотехнологичной продукции в регионе; стимулирование освоения наукоемкой продукции; привлечение в экономику региона дополнительных внебюджетных источников для финансирования инновационных разработок; создание региональных финансово-промышленных групп.
