Abstract

Наиболее важные достижения в современной теории фирмы находятся на стыке различных дисциплин. В статье предлагается подход к исследованию экономического «здоровья» компании с многополярной точки зрения, включающей в себя менеджериальную концепцию жизненного цикла (продукта, фирмы, отрасли), микроэкономики и финансовой теории инвестиционного анализа.
