Abstract

Практическое внедрение системы гигиенической безопасности является важнейшим составным блоком при выработке государственной стратегии, направленной на стабилизацию и улучшение качества окружающей среды, охрану здоровья населения и достижение санитарно-эпидемиологического благополучия [1]. Под концепцией безопасности в области гигиены понимают совокупность принципов, методов и управленческих механизмов, направленных на защиту жизни и здоровья человека, общества от опасности последствия кризиса, наступающего в результате антропотехногенной деградации среды обитания людей [4].
