Основные Направления Развития Рынка Услуг Почтовой Связи Рф

Abstract

Почтовая связь является одним из основных элементов социальной инфраструктуры и важным механизмом обеспечения экономических, политических и социальных отношений в Российской Федерации. Основным концептуальным направлением реализации целей и задач развития рынка услуг почтовой связи, является проведение соответствующей государственной политики в данной области, учитывающей все особенности нынешнего состояния как рынка услуг почтовой связи в целом, так и каждого из сегментов этого рынка, а также значение этого рынка для развития экономики России [1, с. 58]. Весь комплекс мер государственного регулирования рынка услуг почтовой связи должен быть направлен на решение задач всестороннего развития этого рынка.
