Abstract

В последние годы в мире все больше внимания уделяется ранней диагностике банковской сферы, когда проблемы выявляются на начальной стадии, что позволяет заранее предотвратить развитие кризиса, приняв соответствующие стабилизирующие меры. Однако, несмотря на наличие общих тенденций, правила банковского надзора и регулирования, используемые в разных странах, отличаются друг от друга в силу особенностей исторического развития, построения и степени открытости финансовой системы, числа, размера и концентрации кредитных учреждений, масштабов раскрытия информации о финансовой деятельности, достаточности технологических и кадровых ресурсов для регулирования и надзора.
