Abstract

Новые экономические отношения в России определили не только организационную перестройку геологической службы, но и всей системы управления природными ресурсами. Изменился также, и стал более экономически обоснованным подход к проведению ГРР. Изменившиеся экономические условия диктуют необходимость по новому оценивать ресурсную базу. Традиционными были геолого-тектонические критерии с выделением нефтегазоносных районов и областей. В настоящее время в первую очередь необходима оценка ресурсов углеводородного сырья по субъектам Российской федерации, в ведении которых находится нераспределенный фонд недр.
