Региональные Различия Как Фактор Экономической Динамики Национального Хозяйства

Abstract

Экономическую динамику национального хозяйства формируют разные факторы и условия от наличия/отсутствия больших запасов природных ресурсов и сырья, мировой конъюнктуры на них, уровня развития рабочей силы, состояния производственной, хозяйственной и институциональной инфраструктуры и т.д. до политического климата в стране и мире, не говоря уже о естественном климате на планете и отдельных её территориях. Влияние перечисленных и подразумеваемых факторов никогда не бывает изолированным; все они действуют системно или в совокупности. Правда, последнее представляет собой своеобразный постулат, который принято приводить, но оценить его еще никому не удалось.
