Abstract

Статья посвящена анализу роли научно-технической и инновационной политики в процессе формирования национальной инновационной системы. Уточняются объекты, дифференцируются задачи, методы и инструменты регулирования. Показан ряд концептуальных проблем при разработке инновационной политики в России.
