Abstract

В статье проводится институциональный анализ эффективности различных способов спецификации прав собственности на землю сельскохозяйственного назначения на примере Кабардино-Балкарской Республики. Обосновывается несоответствие сформировавшегося пучка правомочий собственности на землю сельскохозяйственного назначения, при котором все земли находятся в государственной и муниципальной собственности КБР, традиционно сложившимся неформальным институтам землепользования, которые характеризуются как склонностью к индивидуализму (частным формам собственности на землю), так и к коллективизму (коллективным формам собственности на землю).
