Abstract

Тенденции развития мировой экономики убедительно показывают, что у России не может быть иного пути развития, кроме формирования экономики, основанной на знаниях, т.е. экономики инновационного типа. Зарубежный опыт наглядно демонстрирует, что инновационное предпринимательство выполняет очень важные функции, способствующие становлению экономики инновационного типа.
