Abstract

Трудности становления системообразующих компонентов современной системы социальной защиты населения наиболее рельефно проявились на примере реформы системы пенсионного обеспечения, внедрения принципов функционирования пенсионного страхования и конвертации прав застрахованных лиц в расчетный пенсионный капитал.
