Abstract

Российская Федерация находится в сложном историческом периоде трансформации социально-экономических отношений. Эта трансформация привела к серьезным кризисным явлениям в экономике страны. При переходе от одной модели хозяйствования к другой, отличающейся от предыдущей коренным образом, неизбежно возникновение кризисных явлений. Трансформация любой социальной системы всегда чревата возникновением кризиса, который при определенных условиях может поставить под угрозу ее существование.
