Abstract

В статье анализируется влияние институциональных факторов на экономическое развитие региона и возможность его эффективного включения во внешнеэкономическую деятельность. Рассмотрен институт предпринимательства, действенность государственной поддержки которого будет зависеть от того, насколько в ней учитывается влияние коллективных действий, а также неформальных институциональных ограничений, адаптационных стратегий поведения предпринимателей. Сформулированы основные направления улучшения институциональных условий внешнеэкономической деятельности региона.
