Сравнительный Анализ Ценностей И Их Содержательная Эволюция В Различных Организационных Формах Предприятий

Abstract

В статье рассматриваются принципы управления организацией на основе ценностей. Автором доказано, что организационная структура является каркасом компании, пространством развития элементов организационной культуры, инфраструктурой селекции и закрепления организационных ценностей. Определены этапы эволюции ценностей в различных типах организационных структур, предопределяемые стилем управления, способами координации, механизмами делегирования полномочий и набором компетенций персонала компании.
