Совершенствование Механизма Перераспределения Инвестиционных Средств В Процессе Государственной Поддержки Экономики Региона

Abstract

Ситуация, сложившаяся на российском рынке инвестиций является уникальной: страна владея избыточными объемами валового национального сбережения, всячески экономит на финансировании реального сектора экономики, необходимого для технического перевооружения промышленности и развития инновационно-активных и наукоемких производств, способных производить конкурентноспособную продукцию и вывести Россию на инновационный путь развития. В свою очередь огромные финансовые средства, не находящие себе применения в российской экономике вывозятся и частным сектором и особенно государством и направляются на инвестирование экономик других стран, путем покупки ценных бумаг зарубежных компаний и банков, имеющих годовой доход не превышающий 1,5-2%, при внутрироссийской ставке рефинансирования свыше 10 %.
