Abstract

Развитию ипотеки в последнее время уделяется большое внимание как со стороны органов власти и управления, так и со стороны рынка. Все сходятся на признании значительной роли ипотечного кредитования в экономике страны. Для ипотечных кредитов в ВНП США составляет 53%; суммарная стоимость выданных ипотечных кредитов в 2004 году 3,751 млрд. долл. при ВНП в 7,055 млрд. долл.
