Новый Менеджмент Для Экономики Постсоциалистических Стран В Условиях Глобализации

Abstract

Средний класс как основа современной капиталистической экономики постепенно образуется на бывшем постсоциалистическом пространстве. Основной проблемой этого процесса является незрелость мышления, преобладание кратковременного горизонта планирования и склонности к авантюрам. В результате происходит расслоение этого класса на редких удачливых и большинства неудачников, все еще сохраняющих свою позицию на рынке только благодаря отсутствию конкуренции со стороны национальных участников. В результате, усиление конкуренции со стороны зарубежных фирм вытесняет с рынка национальных участников. Единственным способом остаться на рынке является изменение подходов к управлению и «американизация» мышления менеджеров национальных предприятий.
