Abstract

Процесс экономического развития, экономического прогресса невозможно осмыслить и понять, оставаясь на почве системы категорий и понятий, применяемых неоклассической экономической теорией. Она осмысливает экономические явления и процессы в терминах и понятиях, которые имеют внеисторический характер. Прогресс же формирует исторически особые, конкретные характеристики структуры экономической деятельности, конкретную качественную определенность состояния экономической деятельности и экономики, к которому как к своему идеалу стремится процесс развития.
