Abstract

статье рассматривается теория прогрессивного управления А. Маслоу. В первой части статьи представлены концептуальные установки его теории мотивации. Во второй части взгляды ученого на такие проблемы менеджмента как формирование новой просвещенной экономики и менеджмента, лидерство, различие стилей руководства на разных уровнях управленческой иерархии, психологические характеристики менеджеров и предпринимателей.
